sponsoring wife . when can i pay ?

Hello brothers . I will submit the application for family sponsorship next month. can i pay the fees now ? can i use my friend credit card? i am gonna to leave the country where i currently reside and i will close my bank account so is it OK to pay with my Visa Card Now ? will the CIC deduct the money as soon as i will pay ? or will they wait tell they receive the sponsorship package ?

Yes You can pay all the fees in one shot , $1040 , you can use a credit card , payment will be taken instantly and they give you a receipt to include with your application .
