Hi is there anyone who can help me out? I have a few queries in my case and I can't find out any proper information. So basically I'm a Canadian citizen living abroad I gained my sponsorship through hereditary procedure, I have never lived or worked in Canada, i want to sponsor my spouse but in order to that we need to show proof that we plan to live in Canada , now I don't have any tax returns,nor offer letter nor any property or assets. If I were to apply through the outbound process what guarantee will I have to provide?

Yes, you will have to 'prove' intent to go to Canada. Have a read of this here as it has a lot of good ideas:

Have you already made trips to Canada to check out areas you will want to live? If so, detail these. If not, then you will definitely have a mountain to climb! Put yourself in the position of the case officer reviewing your file. You have never lived in Canada - hmmmm..... so they will want to see a lot of proof - how do you know you will like it? How will you get a job? Where will you live and why? How will you afford to live until you get jobs? What research have you done? How many times have you visited already?
I managed to prove intent to return after 45 years of living in the UK (left Canada when I was 12-ish), so it can be done, but then I had a lot of return trips and provided a lot of good evidence of my plans etc.
Hey yes I've taken trips over the years, I have my siblings who work and live there, I know places there pretty well, spent a few of my summer's in toronto have some family friends as well, plus my travel history is pretty decent I visit the US and toronto whenever I have the chance , does that help?
You could have your siblings write letters stating they are aware of your intentions to move to Canada. Maybe they’re letting you stay with them when you first move back.. or friends that are? They could write something for you.
Show evidence of job searches and apartment hunting.
Also you can show how you’re tying things up in your current country.

For myself, also living abroad I had a family member write a letter inviting my husband and I to stay there until we get on our feet. They seem to have accepted it.
So your case was pretty much the same as mine right? Did you visit canada a lot before you got an invitation? Are there any certain criterias or requirements that a family member needs to be eligible to write an invitation letter?
Don't get a family member to invite your spouse. What are they going to say, "I'm inviting you to Canada to live with your spouse"? Pointless for a sponsorship app. Get letters from your siblings confirming intent to move to Canada.

I am from Canada. Born and raised.i only moved to be with my husband during the process. So they probably took that into account.
Your telling her not to have family write a letter (because that's what I suggested) and telling her to listen to Kirsten ( who told her to have her siblings, aka family) write a letter? Lol. Cheers
Read the post again. I stated there is no point in sending an INVITATION letter. Letters from family confirming intent to return to Canada are completely different.
