Hi all,
I am sponsoring my wife, who is in U.S. I am also currently working/living in U.S. I have filled out the application for sponsoring her.
In sponsor questionaire, there's the following question:
1. Are you currently living in Canada?
Yes:
No: When do you plan to return back to canada (--/--/----)
Provide proof of your intention to re-establish in Canada. Attach photocopies of one or more of the following document(s) as applicable.
- Job offer in Canada
- Employment contract in canada
- Letter of acceptance by an educational institution in canada
- property rental agreement
- properly deed (Can some tell me what does this mean?)
- mortgage on property
- other (Explain.....) What else can be acceptable proof of returning to canada.
Can some one please comment on this.
PS: I am a canadian citizen, working under a contract (NT visa) in U.S. and my job contract ends at the end of november, so what can/should I provide as proof of re-establishment to canada, for this question? Please help.
Thanks,
Toledo.
