Sponsoring spouse from Uk

Hi,

I just want to call my spouse to Canada as he is currently in UK as my dependent (Tier 1 General Dependent Visa) and has been there for about 6 months, and now I am in Canada and now want him here to be with me.

Can anyone help me with it.
