Sponsoring spouse - Fastest route to get spouse into Canada

I along with my spouse and child have applied for PR under express entry route, and our score is 438. On the contrary, if I apply individually then my score increases to 441. Presently, all of us have TRV as well and haven't travelled to Canada in past. However, we have travel history to United States and Singapore earlier. Now my query is as under:

1. If I apply alone for PR and sponsor my spouse and child after landing at Canada, then is there any cooling period, which I need to spend at Canada before sponsoring them.

2. Do I need to show financial support under family sponsorship?

How did this worked out for u? I’m thinking to do the same. I also want to know long me and wife will have to be apart?
Whether to loge visitor visa 1st and apply for spousal visa? Or the other way around?
