I Have sister who is living in canada she want to sponsor me. Can she sponsor me even if i am married and have son? But my husband cannot go with because we are separated. Do i need agreement from him that he allow me to go another country?

She can't sponsor you because you're over 18. Even if you were under 18, both your parents have to be passed away. If you want to come here on your own, applying as a skilled worker is the best bet because you will get some eligibility points due to you having a sister in Canada.

You need to have work experience in certain jobs, and you should apply under provincial nominee programs, not federal, because federal have limits on how many people can apply per year, and also the wait times are longer. Go here for more info

In general, Canada has a big shortage of skilled tradespeople, such as electricians, plumbers, construction workers, drywallers, etc.

Sister can sponsor, talk to lawyer , many can help when you come here

Umm, sister can't sponsor, because she's over 18, she's married (not legally divorced yet), and her parents are still alive.

You will need his permission to take your son to Canada.
