Every IRB/IAD decision on these kinds of files starts with a discussion of how it is the appellant's second marriage, and how close it is to when the appellant received PR and divorced... It's not an easy fact pattern to work with.

I'd focus on your current marriage rather than worrying about how you'll sponsor your second. But that's likely unwelcome personal advice.

Really appreciate it, thank you for your suggestions.

Do you have another relationship already that you want to sponsor?

I'm sorry that this is happening to you, but if you sponsor again, after divorcing so close to a PR, there may be some extra scrutiny.

Btw I am not sponsoring my current spouse, we applied together to express entry.

As far as I understand this one is different from sponsoring.

Might be still suspicious not sure.

I really hope you guys can work things out. Moving to a new country is very stressful and can put a strain on the strongest relationships. Take some time in deciding , I'm really sorry you are at this point
