I have planed to sponsor my mother, once I get my PR (Once I start staying in Canada + get required min. salary),
I have checked this link - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-fc.asp
and as per this there are 2 stages,
Stage 1 (assessment of sponsor - takes 43 months) + Stage 2 (assessment of applicant - takes 30 months for resident of India).

Does that mean total time would be minimum 43+30 = 73 months = 6 yrs 1 month(s) ?

If above understanding is correct,
then can someone please share if she visits Canada on visitors visa then for how much time (months) she can stay with us (maximum time allowed on visitor visa) ?

And after staying for above time, for how much time (months) she needs to go back (out of Canada), so that she can come back to Canada on visitor's visa again.

I would appreciate your suggestions/views.

Thx....

That is the correct amount of months. If your mother can get a visitor visa approved (showing ties to home country emplyment, property, assets ect.) to show she will return as a visit is just that she will be allowed a 6 month stay and can apply to extend her visitor status within Canada. There are no guarantees the extension will be approved.

Thanks for replying.... and sharing maximum time of stay is approx. 6 months... and instead of applying extension, if she leaves Canada then after how many months/time she can apply for (re)visit Canada for another 6 months...

thx & regards...

There is no set time between applications for TRVs. However, you might want to consider having her apply for a multiple entry TRV and then she wouldn't have to apply again until that visa expired.
