Sponsoring parents...stupid question?

Hi,
I am a permanent resident in Canada and want to sponsor my parents.
Do I have to sponsor them separately or on one form together?
On the generic application form it has room for principal applicant but no room to add a spouse.
So do you put the spouse info in the dependent section?

One parent is the principal applicant and the other is a dependent.
