Hello everyone,

My uncle is a Canadian citizens, divorced, no child, no partners, and no any family members in CA now.
As that situation, can I ask my uncle to sponsor me immigration to Canada?
If it is possible, how long should I need to wait for processing? and how long can I get the PR?

Thank you. :)

Assuming your uncle's parents are both deceased - yes, he can sponsor you.

Processing times vary depending on your country of origin - but are typically a few years.
