I am Cnd. citizen and my newly married wife lives and works aboard. She is not Cdn. citizen, yet.
My question is: As financialy independant person, working, owning her appartment there, is it better for her to apply as a landed immigrant with or without me being her sposor?
Thank you in advance.

It will likely be faster / easier if you sponsor her as your spouse.

Just because she is financially independent, working and owner her own department doesn't mean she will qualify to apply to immigrate independently.

Thank you.
Thing is that we are in our 50ies and she has a steady job, not that "crazy" about moving to Canada because as the medical nurse must go back to school in order to get her diploma certified in Canada.
What are chances , now that we are married, bringig her as a visitor for few months just to let her "taste" the new envirement?
