As soon as you get married (i.e 13th DEC) you HAVE TO add your wife in your application. if you get married and after 13th of DEC you get your passport Request and get your visa stamped you will never be able to sponsor your wife in future (unless you add her in your application before the process completes).
in your application you are currently a single and you cannot land in canada as a married person (it may also be considered as a Misrepresentation which can also lead to the termination of your PR). if you decide not to disclose your marriage they will find it out when you will try to sponsor her which will be a serious problem for you.
So when you get married inform cic about your wife. send all the supporting documents and your wife's documents (marriage certificate, wife's immigration forms, upfront medical, police reports, pictures etc etc) BUT BEFORE YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS GETS COMPLETED.
Whats next: your wife will be processed at the same time and will be accompanying you to canada to land as a pr. It may increase overall processing time of your application but its worth it (overall processing time can increase from 2 to 6 months).

Hope it helps

In addition to the great advice already given by all,if she is not in Canada at the moment you may want to file a Visiting visa for her to visit you until her PR process falls through

I have few more doubts:
1) Can you please guide me how to inform my Marital Status change to CIC
2) As advised to apply for visitor visa to my wife, should i do this before informing my change in marital status to CIC or after.
Please help me.

1) again its not only about informing cic about change in your marital status. you must include your wife(once you get married) to your application and her pr will be processed at the same time (i.e you both will be getting pr status on the completion of your application). if you get married after you submit your application no matter at wot stage your application is YOU CANNOT LAND in canada with a new marital status ( if you do, you may be get banned or your PR cancelled on the basis of misrepresentation or you may NEVER be able sponsor your wife in future).
so the process is when you get married write a letter to cic that your marital status has changed (if you get a PR visa before informing you have to return your PR Visa). In the letter write all the information (get all the information from IMM0008) about your wife attaching supporting documents (passport, identity, related CIC forms etc) and the processing fee for your wife. including upfront medical exam may also help saving process time.

2) yes she can apply for a visit visa its your personal choice. and visit visa will be granted on the basis of your wife's financial stability and her ties to her home country. and if your wife apply for visit visa after getting married and before you had informed cic about her your application of PR may face serious delays and problems. before getting married she can apply when ever she wants as a single not married which will have no impact on your pr application.
