Hi there,

You mean the question is aking you about his Status in Canada ?
Well, if he is working here he should have a Work Permit right ? Check if there is an option for status as a WORKER. There should be...

Correction: I read that he works "here" like in Canada.

So he is still in Lebanon right ? If he was born there, he is a Citizen, unless his parents issued another ID or document as him being Palestinian. Otherwise, he is a Citizen of Lebanon.
Even though he doesn´t have a passport, he might have some kind of ID of his country.
