Because our honeymoon will be out of the country and she's visa exempt does that mean when we come back from the honeymoon she'll need to get a new stamp on landing? If that's the case, we'll only need the extension for a couple weeks at the most. If she shows up at the border with tickets for our honeymoon flights, do you think that would be proof of intent to leave the country?innosense said:True , US visa is not required for flag poling. Read from ur previous posts that you are planning for honeymoon ..is it outside canada ? In that case you will lose implied status while u r waiting on the online extension and any extension obtained will be reset.
