Sponsoring my family- Option C document ?!

Hello guys , i need some help !
My question is:
I become Canadian citizen in 2009 , but now i live with my family in Bulgaria , and we are trying to move to Canada all together – my wife and our child , we are doing all the papers now ,but I am not sure about this one - in my case if I live exclusively outside Canada ,do I need to provide Option C printout for my taxes? Lasti tax year for me was 2007?

No, you don't need provide Option C printout. Instead attach a separate letter to explain this.

Ok, but what am I suppose to say ?just to say that i do not live in Canada ...or what ?

Just state that you have not been living in Canada for the past xx of years so didn't file taxes so that is why you do not have an Option C form

I would like to ask one more think -
my situation ....... i have been livinig in Bulgaria for a few years .Since 2010 i have been working as a self employed and my clients has been paying me thru Paypal ..so i haven't paid any taxes in Bulgaria. On the immgration forms as a form of employment i marked self employed and for income i wrote the amount i earned . So the only thing that i can provide as a prove is a print out from my Paypal that i have earned that money,but it worries me -DO I NEED to provide income tax return documents from Bulgaria!??
I will be very happy if you can give me your opinion

You need to show you aren't going to go bankrupt. So it would be VERY helpful if you had taxes done. Since you don't, show that you have income somehow. Explain on paper what you do for a living and how you make your money.
