Have a few questions but first will post our situation

We been living together since the end of May 2010 and my common law had gotten a visitor extension no problem and now just receive the 2nd extension. She is from Cayman Island which don't require visa to visit Canada just the passport.

Now for the questions:

1. Should we send with the aplication for residency the application for a work permit also?
2. She has 2 kids 1 is 23 and the other is 18 but they aren't here in Canada and want be asking for residency do I have to put them on the form has her dependant children?
3. If an employer would want to hire her here in Canada and ask for a work permit so she can work right now does she have to leave Canada or this proess can be done while she is here in Canada?

Thanks for any inputs

1. Yes, you may include the Open Work Permit application with the Inland application.
2. The 23 year old is not sponsorable unless he/she is still in full time school and still dependent on her. The 18-y-o should be included in the application, even if he/she is non-accompanying. So have the younger child complete the forms and medical exam.
3. No, she can apply for a work permit while she is there if an employer can get an LMO.
