Sponsoring my brother from India

Hello guys, I am 24 years old, living in Edmonton, AB, I am married, have a baby on the way. I am permanent resident.

My brother is in India, he is 30 years old, he is married as well, has a baby.

Is there any way to sponsor him to canada, i have friends living all over canada in different provinces, so if any province have different rules for sponsorship, can my friends sponsor him.

I don't want him to come on study visa, if there are any work visas available or anything else.

Except me and my wife, I don't have any close relatives in Canada.

Any help is appreciated.

You can't sponsor him since you have a wife and child.

If he wants to come on a work permit, the first step is to find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer him a full time job and for that employer to obtain an approved LMIA.

As for a friend sponsoring, he can look into the Manitoba PNP program - but there are a number of other requirements he will have to meet to qualify to apply. If you have questions about this program I would recommend that you post them in the PNP section of this forum.
