Really hoping to get an invite for my MIL, our number starts with 67, anyone got an invite with that number? I haven’t seen any.

Curious, did you receive the invite and was it in junk mail or inbox? And if you don’t mind sharing the sequence, maybe first few numbers just to see if there’s a pattern. Thanks I’m advance.

So, I called and asked the doctor's office that I fi can use the same results and they said yes you can but now my concern is how do I send them the results. Doctor's office gave me the e-medical sheet to submit but who do I submit to and how? I can't seem to link the paper application online...
