After I filed a bankruptcy, if I have a job, can I still sponsor (outland) my newly wedded husband (American, who has working skills, no problem getting employed) a PR status (that is, after my fianće & I got married in Canada, and he returning to America to wait)?!

Will the bankruptcy affect the application?!

No - you cannot. You have to wait until the bankruptcy is discharged before you will qualify to sponsor.

I haven’t remarried as of yet, because my ex refused to divorce. He now seemed to agree with the divorce as long as I’m not taking a dime, while I’ve no intent to take anything anyways.
Will get married in Canada as soon as my status is clear and proceed with sponsoring my American husband a PR status (outland)
