I second bartjones. You should be okay. Including the paperwork from the court that processed it was the right thing to do, they usually ask for it if you don't.

Any update please? I am in similar situation but I had bac 0.0 because I failed in breathlyzer test and officer did not give me further chance to blow and booked me in dui. I hired attorney and got my dui dismissed.

If your DUI was DISMISSED, then you are fine. Dismissal is not a conviction. I have a dismissed DUI and i just got PR.

Make sure that your Federal Background check is updated to show the Dismissal (mine was not! i had to do it manually because our local courts systems don't talk to the FBI anymore (???) what a mess!). You will need to include a letter from the presiding court showing the outcome of your charges, the date it was dismissed, etc.. with your application. You should have no problems.

I know its been long ago this thread has been inactive but Just in case...
Ive faced a DUI in march 2020 in India and BAC was 0.044% and from the above answers I could understand that Id be okay to proceed with Visa application
But as this thread is 5-6 years out i wanted to know the current situation
