It's good to talk it all over, and go over it. It doesn't really help, but it's reassuring when people
can say supportive things, while you're waiting. As I e-mailed you, opposing council was Gregory
Zuck. I really think their job is to rile you up, so they can get you too flustered to answer properly.
They almost did that to us, but it was almost a year since my husband's interview in Ankara,
and we had plenty of time to practice with whatever they threw our way. Of course, not everyone
is good at arguing. Me, especially :) I'm the kind of person who thinks of things afterwards, I should
have said LOL. But I definitely showed them I had nothing to hide and wasn't backing down. It was
obvious we loved each other. It was awful because I've had to do so much, and so has my husband.
We've went above and beyond to prove what was obvious to everyone we knew.

Thank you again Mrs. Turan! I don't know if you received my personal message but I had other questions about your hearing. Let me know if you have received it or not. If not, I will try again to send it to you.

The judge sent me a point by point of the reasons(20) for his decision to overturn the Visa
officers decision to refuse my husband his Permanent Resident Visa.
Conclusion
I am satisfied that there is sufficient credible evidence before me to find the marriage is
genuine and was not entered into primarily for immigration purposes. The appeal is
allowed.
Notice of Decision
The appeal is allowed. The officers decision to refuse a permanent resident visa is set
aside, and an officer must continue to process the application in accordance with the
reasons of the Immigration Appeal Division.
Signed,"The Judge"

I'm not sure what else are you asking for? I looked over your e-mail. PM me again if I forgot
anything :)

On June 27, 2011, exactly one year ago today, the visa office in Morocco phoned to ask a few questions and for more evidences. We were also told to pay ASAP the fees for permanent residence as my husband might be able to travel with me to Canada after my visit to him during my summer vacation. Since then, it has been a long series of errors that kept us apart for 11 longs months. Flying to Morocco in a few hours, wondering if it will be the last time I will see my husband. I don't know if I will really enjoy my summer in Morocco... Sick of the waiting and the unknown. Since the denied visa in November, our life has been a living nightmare. Will land in Casablanca on June 28 (with a layover in Germany).

Hello to all! I landed in Morocco last night sound and safe. I just spent a very nice evening with my husband. Drinking tea (ohhhh! I missed that Moroccan tea!) in a cafe facing the royal palace of Mohammed VI in Casa. I felt so calm, so peaceful, so solid next to my husband. I have not seen my husband in 11 months, not even on the screen of my computer! I felt quite nervous about our encounter. All is well.... I find that all this time apart melted in a few minutes, as if we have never parted.

Hi Habibti....oh girl! I'm so happy to hear that you are at peace and enjoying your time with your sweetie. Have a wonderful holiday.

My legal counsel just informed me she faxed her final report and was submitted to the IAD and CBSA. Now we have to wait what Minister's Counsel will reply. Then, she will have one more opportunity to reply to his arguments if he still refuses to consent. If it is the case, it will then be up to the judge to give us her decision and it might take SIX WEEKS!!! Ohhhh! bittersweet summer!

P.S. Thanks FatimZahra! :)

Habibti, I am glad that your spirits seem to be lifted some....enjoy every minute with your husband!!...I am going to Morocco on Saturday for a week and then my husband and I are flying back to P.E.I. TOGETHER!!! It seems surreal that he can actually leave with me this time. No more sad good byes at the airport...I hope that you all have good news soon :)

Wow! That is wonderful! You are so lucky to be able to travel with your husband back to Canada! All my congratulations and wishes of happiness for both of you! If you come through El Jadida, let us know. We might have coffee or tea together :) I am hoping to have good news too! My husband and I try to enjoy our time together, but each time we mention something about our future in Canada, our hearts squeeze and bleed and then we stop talking about it. Enjoy your week in Morocco!
