Sponsoring Husband from Mexico. Need advice..which guide do I use?

I am sponsoring my husband from mexico. Can someone please tell me which guide I should use.. Is there a country specific guide for mexico?

Are you filing an inland or outland application? I'm assuming you are filing outland so you should start here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp#region There are 3 parts to the application -- your sponsorship application, your husband's application for permanent and country-specific requirements. For Mexico, you will need the guidebook for Latin America. Please read all the information very carefully and ask questions if you are unsure about anything. Good luck.

You need the outland spousal application, and the Region Specific forms for Latin America.
