Sponsoring dependent Sister over 18 years old, student & no more parents

Hi i would like to know how can i sponsor my parents and my sister who is under 18 - like which form/package will be the best to use in order to apply for all my family members and i am already a PR of canada and married

You'll have to wait until the parent/grandparent sponsorship program reopens in 2019. Only a limited number of applications are accepted. You can include your sister as a dependent in your parents' application. To qualify, you must meet minimum income requirements for the last three years for the size of your family + the number of people you are sponsoring. This income must be from Canadian sources. You can see more information about the income requirements in the link below. Your spouse can co-sign the application so that you can include their income in the calculation.

So if i understand correctly, when i use the family class to sponsor my parents on the same application form, there will be an additional form where i can indicate my sister and use it to sponsor her?

You will list your sister as a dependent.
