Hi-
1-Can anybody help me as I am sposnsoring my family. I have two dependent kids from my first wife to whom I am planning to sponsor. Should I have to file two different sponsorship application for my both the kids or can they be sponsored on one sponsorship application.

2- I have new born 3 months old from my 2nd wife and I am also planning to sponsor my 2nd wife alnogwith my new born. Please advice as my new born can be included in the sponsorship application of my wife or I have to sponsor my new born on seperatly sponsorship application. My 2nd wife has already included in my original sponsorship application but had not accompayed me to Canada. My infant was born after I landed as immigrant in Canada.

I have divorced my 1st wife and have legal custody of my both the children from my 1st wife and they are already examined in with my immigration file.

I need help in this regard

You only make 1 sponsorship application. You will list the main applicant as your current wife, and include your 3 dependent children assuming they all fit under the dependent classification.

You will need to provide proof that you have sole legal custody of your children from previous marriage.

thanks for your reply I have sole custody but that is ex-parte further Judge has also appointed me as legal guardian of my both the childern and specifically mentioned to take them abraod for immigration purposes. Does it Ok further my wife and both the kids were already in my original immigration application and properly examined my wife's medical is still valid till Feb-2010 does it minimise the processing time on my sponsorship application.
