sponsoring children that are already permanent residents to become citizen

hi!

i recently received my canadian citizenship. i want my children to become canadian citizens as well. right now they are permanent residents. in cic website, there are forms and guides about how to sponsor a family member to become permanent residents, but cannot find one how to sponsor a resident to become citizen.

any ideas?

Yoy cannot sponsor someone to become citizen but you can APPLY for your children.
This is from cic website:
If you are an adult (age 18 or older), use:
•Application for Canadian Citizenship—Adults.

If you are applying for your children (under age 18), use:
•Application for Canadian Citizenship—Minors.

You can apply for your children:
•at the same time you apply for yourself or
•after you have become a citizen.
