Hi all,

My sister is permanent resident of Canada living in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
She is married to permanent resident of Canada who is living there from past 2 years.
I am 20yr old male Indian citizen by birth. I have completed my 10+2 with non-medical and currently pursuing my BBA at a reputed college of Punjab. I am also having 6 bands in IELTS. I have good family background.

I want to know if my sister can sponsor me or our whole family to immigrate in any way. Please do help, Thanks.

Your sister cannot sponsor you through Family Class.

I would recommend that you look into the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program instead.

I don't know. You'll have to read through the requirements and find out.

If you are a student with no work experience and no job offer in Canada - then I suspect you don't qualify. But again, you'll have to read through the requirements to find out.

As Scylla mentioned that you cannot qualify under family sponsorship, your sister cannot even sponsor you under the exception rule of being able to sponsor any one person, regardless of age or status due to the fact that your sister is now married.
