Congratulation :) :D
Hi all,

As per general understanding, i think now file will come to LVO and they will process it in a very short time since the baby's file will not undergo any background checks, no medical (As up-front medical is provided with file), no security clearance and no police clearance certificate.

Only documentatio checks might be done and in my view, case should be through.

Anyone in this forum knows the process ahead, is it like this what i know? How much time it might take from now onwards as file reaches the LVO? How many months it might take to ask LVO to submit passport in Islamabad Embassy?

Thank you very much Rano. But How much they take time to complete the case. In my understanding, they will take at least 6-8 months to finalised the case. How about your experience and knowledge said about it. Again thanks

Dear Raima,

As per my analysis and intention and faced the same situation, I recommend or maybe suggest that if both parents have a PR then one of them come to Canada and apply for Sponsorship for her daughter. No other way to get TRP or TRV. This is my honest suggestion, because once they refused, now 0% chance to get the Visa. I applied three times for my son and got refused all the time, even though after getting the sponsorship approval they not issued a TRV or TRP. So don't waste the time and one of the parents come to Canada and applied for PR for your daughter as early as possible. The good news is that last week my son got the PR Visa after 8 months. If you need further assistance I will be happy to help you out. Thanks

Hello Guys,

I just want to share my story as I know many people are struggling ??? as it was my case.

Well, I landed in 2013 and I am planning to back to Canada sometimes this year. My son was born in Dubai and needed to issue him a visa. I googled and asked and all people said that they will deny him the TRV and they said that they will end up issuing TRP and need to cancel my residency in Dubai.....

But in fact, it was very simple process, I logged on cic website, filled the forms, paid online, press send. After one week they requested the passport. I submitted the passport on Wednesday via Aramex, and on Sunday at 9 am I received it back with 5 years multi entry visa.

Hope this post will help people who are in the same situation like me.

Thanks
Hello Ron, can you share the link or what type of application name or form name did u apply? I am a new mother in the same situation. Bless your heart in helping
