Hello , am planning to apply for spousal sponsorship for my 2nd wife. The previous sponsorship question is where am stuck and need expert help here. Back in 2005 me and my ex were on wp here in canada and got PR under CEC, me as principal applicant. Now am a canadian citizen.Does this mean my ex was sponsored by me?

No, You both have gotten PR under a different CEC PR process, different rules apply there, You can go ahead and submit a PR spousal sponsorship.
