Yeah, most things are in another language. I guess I'll make some legal translator really rich... It will be hard to pick the most important letters, but let's try...
Thanks again to all who replied!!!

Guys, I'm confused here:

IMM5481:

NUMBER OF FAMILY MEMBERS...
4. Yourself - 1 (me)
5. a) Current undertaking
# of persons included in box #3 of IMM0888, under Applicaton Details - 1 (my husband)
6. Persons not included in 5
b) every other family member not included above and dependent on you... - do I put my kid in here???
7. Total number - 3, I guess, if my son applies to 6b.

Thanks in advance!

A question about the Medical Exam:

Note: When medical results are submitted up-front, routine cases benefit from faster processing since we do not have to request them at a later date. If you choose to have an upfront medical exam, you must submit proof that you completed the medical examination with your application. Failure to do so may result in processing delays.

What exactly do they mean by up-front?? What kind of proof exactly?

"up-front" means submitted with the application. some people choose to wait unti CIC requests the medical exam

"proof" means the "emedical" receipt the doctor's office will give you at the end of the exam. it is proof they entered it into the system, and provides a barcode for CIC to locate the results.
