Hello, to all of you.First I want to say a huge thank you to all of you who share their time and effort to help other people in their need.
Now on my main subject Me and my husband had been together for 3 years. On the 6th this month we got married, he is a citizen of The United Kingdom and Permanent resident in Canada, and I'm Bulgaria. After living in the UK for 2 and a half years we decide to move to Canada but unfortunately my visa was declined, he went to Canada him self because of his previous engagement with is job and I came back to Bulgaria so in the main time we decided to get married so we did.Now we are going ahead with the sponsoring but we seems to have some hiccup. We've seen on the official site that there are too forms (IN and OUTSIDE of Canada) but in our case he is there and I'm here what should we do can someone help us with advice or experience.I'll be grateful of any kind of information.

Outside of Canada since you are not in Canada.

Thank you, so he'll send his to the Canadian government and I'll send my papers to the Romania visa office.

Hi

Although some others will tell you for sure but I believe that all applications yours and your husband's must be send together to Canada and after reviewing they will send them to Romania's Visa office.
Good luck

no - you fill out your part of the sponsorship forms, he fills his, you send yours to him, and he sends the whole application to Canada, CPC Mississauga. Then when he is approved as a sponsor (first stage), CPC mississauga will transfer the whole file to your Visa Office (Bulgaria doesn't have one, so your application will go to Bucharest, Romania, as it processes application for Bulgarian nationals).

Good luck,

I suggest you to read Leon's first post on outland and inland application and how the whole process works, it will give you a good idea of what to prepare. Then print out the guidelines, the forms, and start.. it will take a while...
if you have any specific questions - come back and ask here! :-)
Good luck,
Sweden

Thank you all so so much for all your answers, God bless you.

also - here is the link to Bucharest VO, that will handle your application after the first stage has been approved. http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/romanian-timeline-in-process-t88019.195.html

if you have questions that are specific to your regional guideline and something is unclear, you can try posting your questions there, as you can get support there to.

Cheers,
Sweden
