Think you should speak to your mother about why she didn't declare you.
I asked her for that because she's in Canadian embassy yesterday and she just told me that.. because if you're not pregnant maybe there's possible that I can put you on my dependents but since you're pregnant, I didn't put you on my dependents. .and that's why I was asking right now because I guess there's something wrong about what she said..

Seems like many in the Philippino community think that is the case. The issue is whether you are married or whether you have lived with your bf for 1 year. She may also think it may delay her application. She needs to declare you as her child/dependent or else she will be lying in her application.

So if the embassy will gotta find out of this that she didn't put me as her dependents, is there any possible that her application will took longer for this? Anyways, she already received an email from the embassy that she must be there in Canada before October 5..but she doesn't have yet her visa.

She must have her COPR if she knows she needs to be there before Oct 5th. She would have to resubmit the application plus explain why she lied in the first application. You need to speak with your mother about if she declared you at all in her application. You and your mother need to have a discussion. We can't solve your problem on the forum.

Her application can be refused and she can be banned from Canada. She is legally required to declare you as a dependent in her app.

Okay. We'll anyways, Thank you so much. Still I got no idea why she did that..and she didn't want to talk to me about that thing. Maybe she lie and tell them that I'm in a commonlaw relationship (though I'm not) ..but she only keeps on blaming me that it's my fault that's why I wasn't included and can't be put in her dependents because of my pregnancy. Which is so weird. Well, thank you so much again. :)

But wait, she's still yet on process right?? Is she still not confirmed yet in her application if that's the case??

If she has her COPR and should be in Canada by October 5, it means her application was approved. As the others said, your mother misrepresented by not declaring you as her child. As a Filipino myself, would suggest you speak with your mother because no amount of advice here can change her mind, maybe you still can.

Hopefully I can able to talk with her before she goes to Canada about that. Anyway, Thank you. But what if she doesn't have yet her visa??

Whether or not she has her visa is irrelevant IF she chooses not to declare you. Right now, she still has the chance to declare you as long as she has not LANDED in Canada yet as permanent resident. This will create a delay in her application though because you will need to undergo medicals, security and criminality checks before another visa will be issued. Seeing that you are pregnant, medical may not be completed on you because an x-ray may not be done (not too sure about this but someone will correct me here if I am wrong). If medicals need to be delayed until after you give birth, this means your mom will wait a minimum of 7 months to get another visa, provided she isn't questioned on why she didn't declare you in the first place which may delay the application further.

Thank you. But still she didn't want me to include in her application as dependent child. I don't know what's the reason why she did that...it's just so disappointing.

Hello. Goodmorning. I'm Chailin, from Philippines. I just want to ask something. Because my mother keeps on telling me that I can't be included in her sponsorship as dependent child because of I'm pregnant. That's why she told me that it's so sad for me that I can't go with her. My question is can I still be included as dependent child in her sponsorship even though I'm turning 2month pregnant? ? Btw I'm already 21 and unmarried.

I fell bad for you how could a mother do this to her own child
