Hi! I just want to confirm if I can sponsor my 2 bros, one is 13 and the other 15.
Both never married, with out kids, and is dependant on my parents and I.

I've read in the immigration website that you can only sponsor them as long as
they are orphaned? I just skimmed the page. Can anyone share from experience?
Thanks!

by the way; I'm 26 in a common law with 3 kids, a stable job and a salary more than 40,000/year

As their parents are alive, you can't sponsor them.

Agreed. You can't sponsor them since they aren't orphans.

Your only option is to wait until CIC begins accepting parent sponsorship applications again and then sponsor your parents with your brothers included on the application as dependents.
