Yeah I have the same understanding to go with what PMM said but u know it's always good to confirm with CIC before putting an application as they communicate only by sending letters. Hope I can sort this out soon.

Thanks for the contribution. Do you think my daughter can extend here visa while we make the sponsorship application as its gonna expire before it is processed. What are the likelihoods of getting the visit visa extended.

I have never heard of it being a problem getting a visitor visa extension when a pr application has been submitted. But My two + years of reading posts on this forum doesn't make me an expert.
