Sponsored spouses and student aid

good evening all,

I am a sponsored spouse , I am a PR holder, can I receive student aid? Bursaries? Scholarships? Loans? Etc
Everything I’ve read just says eligible to PR holders.
How does this work since my husband signed the agreement to be there for me financially?
