This is one of the most stressfull form ever, if you and your spouse were friends and then romantic relationship developed before she move to Canada. how would you answer these question.

1. did you have any contact with your sponsor before you met in person?
no or yes, and you must give day-month-year and how did you first contact your sponsor(e,g by phone,letter.e-mail,ect)

2. when and where did yo first meet your sponsor in person?
day-month-year and place where we met.

Answer when you met her first and were first friends. They are asking when you met, not specifically romantically involved. You can explain that you were friends first and became romantically involved later, but let them know when you first met.

suppose i can't can remember the exactly the date we first me as friends but i remember the month and year. with question 1 how would answer it? i am confuse with that answer.

They just want to know if you met online first or something like that. If the first time you met was the very first time you ever talk to her then you say no. If you met online first then you say yes.

That's my case. We met online.

It's pretty common these days, I don't think they consider it a red flag or anything. As long as you have enough evidence you should be ok.
