Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire [IMM 5490] question 13 & 17 arranged

Hello,

We are confused what date to put for question 13 and 17.

Our marriage was arranged but we had know each other since childhood (family friends)

We got engaged 28/12/2012 so question 13 is that date right

and

question 17, When was the marriage arranged: should we also mentioned the engagement date since the wedding date was also fixed during that time or the actual wedding date it self ( Aug/02/2014)

also for question 18 does it pertain to the wedding reception or the engagement?
