IMM5490,sponsored spouse questionnaire,on page 03 point no.17 question is when was the marriage arranged??
what answer should be gave .1) engagement date ??(on my engagement day we finalize our marriage date) or
2) simply our marriage date. Some body told me to mentioned /answer the date on which your marriage finalize so i am confused

It is not your marriage or engagement date. It's the date on which your family/parents/matchmakers decided the two of you would be married.
