Hi guys!
i am processing my immigration as well here in Abu Dhabi.
i'm sponsered by my PR holder spousse , we have two Canadian born children.
My application & medical was received February 23, 2011
ask additional documents including (IMM5549) & copy of my wife passport in April 20, 2011 and sent back all requested forms and documents
on march 13. 2012- my sponcer contacted by CIC for review of her permanent residence and she replied

does this mean anything about my case when i check my case status it's not changed ,
is this the wright time to contact abu dhabi office to to ask about my case what do you sujjest?

is you wife and kids Living in Canada while you are Dubai? have she visited you since you applied? if yes, how many times and for how long durations...

So that means you have not seen your kids for more than 1 year? or did you visit them in Canada?

yes i didn't see them actually i never see my daughter,

I totally understand ur situation brother.. same with me.. I haven't met my younger son yet and he is 3 months old now.. its really tough... I believe they should let the sponsor visit their spouse .... for PR sponsor they have very cruel rules..
