Sponsor your other eligible relatives

Hi,

Need some information regarding Sponsoring your other eligible relatives .


My brother is a Permanent resident of Canada and Currently living in Toronto .He is not married and does not have any relative that is eligible for sponsorship under eligible relative category expect my parents.

As i am above 18 yrs of age ,can my brother sponsor me in other eligible relative category ?

As your parents are still alive, your brother is not eligible to sponsor you. You should look into qualifying independently, or perhaps under one of the provincial programs.

Agreed. The fact your parents are still alive means your brother can't sponsor you unfortunately.

In my passport my father name is x y z and in my bother's passport my father is x y ( my brother having PR of Canada). and my father name is ABC in his bank account and in other document. I also need some money from my father as a gift deed. where as our mother's name is same in my and my brother's passport.
Can anyone help me how I can prove my relation with my brother so i get blood relation points ?

What about your birth certificates (yours and your brother's)? Is the father's name the same on both?

Hmm.. I'm not familiar with the laws/system in India, but I'm sure you can get some document stating that the person listed as the father on both documents is one and the same, even though the names are slightly different.
