Sponsor Wife to Canada/Children are Canadian (need advise for IMM1283)

Hi, I'm a Canadian and working in HK. We plan to come back to Canada. Our children are Canadians but not my wife. Please advise about filling out IMM1283 Financial Evaluation Form. I'm confused about : Since my children are Canadians(age 15 & 11), do I need to include them in the sponsorship form.
Q #6: Do I need to include my children? - Because it will change the income requirement.

Read the instructions again, carefully. That form applies if eg your children have children.

No problem. You'll end up going over the forms several times. Check instructions and read carefully. Do the stuff you understand first and come back to the difficult stuff later, it starts to make more sense.

A couple sections like this one have rather unclear language, at least the first time around. Everyone makes mistakes on their first pass, main thing is to catch them before you send and have the complete package.

Hi, Could you please advise do I get all these forms correct before I send the package out? --
IMM0008(Generic Appl. Form), IMM1344(Application To Sponsor,Sponsorship Agreement), IMM5406(Additional Family Info-for Principal Applicant), IMM5476(Use of Representative), IMM5532(Relationship Info and Sponsorship Evaluation), IMM5533(Checklist), IMM5669(Schedule A - Background/Declaration)
Questions:
Do I miss any forms?
Do I need to fill out IMM5406 as a sponsor?
Do I need to submit a settlement plan?

Hi, Do I need to submit Police Certificate together with the application package if I apply outside Canada?
or will the Government of Canada notify us to obtain a police certificate later?
The thing is I need to have a letter from Canada Consulate/Government of Canada for me to bring it to the Police station to apply.
