Hello All,
I am currently on work permit and already had filled PR and been 18 months and no news yet. So i want to sponor my spouse on visitor visa and what are the requirements and where can i get the forms to fill out and what are the chances for the approval of the visitor visa.

I am currently on work permit and already had filled PR and been 18 months and no news yet. So i want to sponor my spouse on visitor visa and what are the requirements and where can i get the forms to fill out and what are the chances for the approval of the visitor visa.

There are lot more chances of rejection if you apply visit visa for spouse because of relationship factor and so CIC seeks for a very strong reason from you to prove that your spouse will leave Canada after expiry of visit visa.

If you are on Work Permit, then why don't you think to apply Open work permit for your Spouse.
