What is typically the next step after “medical passed?” How long after will “decision be made” and will your spouse get their PR? How is covid impacting these timelines?

Next steps are Pre Arrival Letter, PPR and or Interview order may be reversed... Interviews haven't been happening since covid though.
Decision Made is usually right before passport request.
Depends on the country your spouse applied from. Covid is slowing things for everyone. There are groups for each island if you search the forum. Carribean is wide and has many different VO's.
