Hi Guys,

I am in the process of completing the SPONSOR QUESTIONNAIRE part of my application and I need to add a couple of explanations so that the CIC can better understand our situation.

As the amount of space in the tabs is limited I’ll need to add additional explanations on a separate sheet of paper.

Could you possibly tell me what’s the best way of introducing a separate slip of paper?

I will notably have to provide different addresses of different countries where I used to live as well as other misc info.

I want it to look as clear and net as possible so that the person reviewing the case does not get confused or anything else.

Cheers,

Where I had something extra to say, even if it was just a little tab space permitted, I hand wrote in "please see additional paper "

If there was space to write electronically, then I would just type that in and write the entire paragraph I wanted on the extra sheet of paper.

I also typed the name of the form e.g. sponsor questionnaire and my name at the top of the page

Then I listed the question numbers and put it behind the form when I packed it in the envelope ready to send

thanks a lot, do you know by any chance what could my partner put in her generic application for Canada in the Personal Details Section - our current country of residence is Australia and she needs to say when did she start living here. Basically the from says "Current Country of Residence" from - to.

What should she say under "TO" - she'll still be living in Australia by the time we apply for Canadian PR.

Should we in this case add a note in order to explain that or we should simply put the end of her stay in Australia as the end of her visa to Australia which ends in 2016. Nevertheless if we apply for sponsorship in the upcoming weeks, we will move to Canada before the visa of my partner here expires...

Hand write in "current" or "present". I did this a couple times throughout the application.
