Hi there! Trying to make my way through these forms and hating it haha.

On the above mentioned form there is question 14 "Has your spouse/partner met any of your close friends or family? Give their names, the date your spouse met them, etc."

I know this question is there to determine how genuine our relationship is. But how do I answer this if my husband and I have been married and living together (in Korea) for 2 years and he has met EVERY SINGLE person in my life? There's no way I can remember the dates he first met my friends. Should I just include my family members and the dates he met them (they flew to Korea for our wedding and first met him then)?

It is best to just write the names of your families and the date they came to Korea to attend your wedding, since you said that is the first time they met him. As for friends, no need to mention everyone, just choose those who are close like 2 or 3 persons and know both of you. For dates, don't you have any photos to commemorate the meetings? usually once photo is taken and is saved in phone, details like date can be checked there. ;D

I just wrote that my spouse has met everyone in my family given we're married for 4 years and refereed to the wedding list we attached and picture packages we included.

I just chose my parents and my closest friends to fill up however many lines are there in the form. no issues at all.

Fill up the spaces on the forms with people where you know the dates he met them. Then you can attach a separate sheet of paper with more friends and relatives, and you can explain that you do not remember the exact dates he met them. State as you did here that he has met everyone in your life, and you are just listing family members and closest friends.
