Question 9,"cheack yes or no to indicate if you are a naturalized Canadian or a permanent resident".I was born and live in Canada so I cheack "yes" and for the date I became permanent resident I put my birthdate????

One of the question further down the page i would just put your date of birth and address . I am a naturalized Canadian as i wasn't born here but become a citizen my children are Canadians was born here
