Hi All, we’d really appreciate your opinion/suggests on our tricky case.
I’m in the process of filling my in-land family sponsorship, and I am under work-permit.
My husband had a brief previous marriage(less than a year), and he filed family sponsorship for his Ex soon after they got married (outland family sponsorship).
They got married in Jan, 2013, separated in Oct, 2013 as she has no intention to live in Canada permanently. However their actual divorce took place in Dec, 2013 and he withdrew the application shortly after that, so his Ex never landed. (They got married outside Canada, one-year separation doesn’t apply)
However, our relationship started soon after their separation but before the actual divorce in Nov, 2013. We got married very recently, and it’s my first marriage and my husband’s second.
I know this may raise red-flag for visa officer, please kindly give us some your opinions/suggestions on what we should focus on preparing the documents.
Thank you and much appreciated your help
