hi Guys my partner who is PR is planning to visit his country on February. on December we gonna submit our applicaion. Is it okay if my partner can go abroad while Me (who are not PR) will stay here in Canada?

If the trip is a few weeks, that's fine. A few months is not OK and could get your application canceled. A PR who is a sponsor must be living in Canada while the application is being processed.

what if, if he just want to travel for one month? and he will come back here after one month is that okay?

Nobody here can really give you a definite answer one way or the other. Its a risk for him to leave the country for more than a short trip, in my opinion a month is not a short trip but others may disagree. Ultimately the decision is his but he needs to be aware of what could happen.

I really confused. As I read the CIC website. my partner who is PR is just going to his homeland on February and he will come back here in Canada in March. and me ( not PR) will stay in Canada because I am not allowed to go out the country. maybe I will just call CIC then. thanks to everyone.

The risk you run is if they,f or any reason, believe the PR isn't just visitng outside of the country, but residing in another country - then your app would be refused because the PR needs to live here during the application process.
