Hi there My name is Wendy Augustin I’m 25 years old, I’m living Santo Domingo, i need you guys help please for the process, I have my cousin citizens living there, but he doesn’t know how to help me

Family sponsorship is only applicable for PR/citizen to sponsor their immediate family.
If you do not have immediate family member (spouse, common law partner, you are their dependent child) that's Canadian/PR of Canada, then no one can sponsor you.
You cannot "find a sponsor" on a forum.

He cannot help you. You need to immigrate based on your own merit.

Your cousin cannot sponsor you.

He is not your immediate or extended family. Where does he live? Is he married? Have children? Are his parents and grandparents alive? What is your education (ECA), language scores, skilled work experience?

He is not your family member. He is a relative and cannot sponsor you via family sponsorship.
