Here's my situation. I am a Canadian citizen would like to sponsor partner to Canada. We are both living outside of Canada. I am struggling about the financial support. Should I go back to Canada and find a job first? or can we return to Canada when her application is approved? Thanks!

As long you have proof that you will be planning on moving back to Canada when you approved you can live internationally.

like what kind of proved that I can provide? In fact, we will move back to Canada after she gets the PR.

Let them know your general plan for moving back, as in where you will live, how you will support yourselves and so on. You can show evidence of job searches, housing searches, etc.
