what about toronto? im here on a visitor visa but would love to stay here and look for work. my uncle lives here for the last 20 years i thinks hes got citizenship... could he sponsor me??

No. You don't fall under any available category in the family class. If you are able to find a job and they are willing to obtain a labour market opinion, perhaps you could get a temporary work permit. If you fall within any of the 38 positions listed under the federal skilled worker program, you could apply as an independent immigrant. But as far as aunt, uncle, cousin, etc. is concerned, the answer is no.
